Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be in brand-new, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all protective stickers intact and no signs of wear or alteration.

  • All returns must include the original packaging, warranty card, certificates, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Custom or personalized items, such as engraved watches, are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We regret that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional events.

  • Watches that have been resized, altered, or customized after purchase.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

Return Process

    • Carefully pack the watch in its original box, along with all accompanying materials, and place it inside secure shipping packaging.

    • Use a reliable and insured shipping carrier. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance.

    • EMD Watches is not liable for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees and any applicable taxes or duties are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
